Windows Sysprep bestandslocatie voor VMware vCenter en versie nummer

Microsoft heeft voor elk Windows OS en Service Pack level een andere versie van Sysprep. Je moet de versie van Sysprep gebruiken die specifiek voor het OS en Service pack bedoeld is. 
De Sysprep file is nodig als je Templates wilt deployen of een Windows Guest OS wilt clonen. 

Windows Sysprep bestandslocatie voor VMware vCenter en versie nummer

  • vCenter Server is geinstalleerd op een Windows Server 2008, <directory_path> is %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\VMware\VMware VirtualCenter\sysprep
    Standaard C:\ProgramData\VMware\VMware VirtualCenter\sysprep
  • vCenter Server is geinstalleerd op een ander Windows platform, <directory_path> is %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\VMware VirtualCenter\sysprep\
    Standaard C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\VMware\VMware VirtualCenter\sysprep\
