How disable Vista User Account Control (UAC). This can be done at serveral ways.

First, what is User Account Control (UAC). UAC is a Windows Vista built-in feautyre to automatically reduce the potential of security issues for your system. UAC forces users that are member of the local administrators group to run like they are regular users without administrative rights.
When a user is a member of the local administrators group or of the Domain Admins group tries to perform a taks or start a programs that requires administrative privileges, Windows Vista stops this operation automatically and prompts the user to acknowledge it to running the task
